       EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Position Opening

The Richland Center Housing Authority is seeking an individual for the Executive Director position. Application available on line at:

Position includes financial and tenant accounting, writing policies, rent collection, budgets, payroll and taxes, audits and monthly year end fiscal
reporting. Experience with HUD rent certification, staff management, building upkeep, computerized submission of tenant and financial records to
HUD is preferred. Candidate must work well with a diverse population, community organizations and the Board of Commissioners in a courteous and
efficient manner and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must live within 30 minute travel distance of Richland Hills.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT  

               Position Opening

The Richland Center Housing Authority is seeking an individual for the administrative assistant position. Position includes intake of applicants, processing application, working with HUD software, general clerical, accounts receivable/ payable and assist with unit turnarounds.  Candidate must work well with a diverse population in a courteous and efficient manner and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Part time position, must be available for flexible hours.
