The City of Richland Center’s Parks, Recreation & Grounds Department is responsible for the development and operation of youth and adult recreation programs.  We do NOT provide accident or hospital insurance for class participants. It is recommended that participants review their personal insurance policies for coverage.  Our department takes pictures of our programs.  Some of the pictures will be put into the papers and future brochures. If you do not want your child’s picture published, please let us know.  We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or facilities.  Refunds will NOT be given for any other reason.  In case of serious illness or injury, program credit or a refund may be given.  In case of weather cancellations, listen to WRCO at 1450 AM or 100.9 FM or call 608-647-8108 Ex. 4.
