Haseltine Street Reconstruction Project

The City of Richland Center and City Utilities will begin the Haseltine Street Reconstruction project between Sheldon and East Streets.

Pulverizing will begin the 26th and final completion is set for August 3, 2019 for the Water and Sanitary Sewer.  The Water utility will also do some construction along Ithaca Road.

The City contract for storm sewer installation and street reconstruction will begin on July 15 and is scheduled for final completion on October 15, 2019.

The detour route for County N from the City is south on Main Street or Church Street / Sextonville Road to US Hwy 14 to the east, turn north on Hwy 58 to Ithaca.  Haseltine Street will be open as much as it can be for local residents to access their properties.  Local residents may use Kinder Street while Haseltine Street is under construction.  Contractors are able to work between 6:30AM and 8PM between Monday and Friday and occasional Saturdays from 7AM to 5PM

Gerke Excavating is the contractor and MSA Professional Services the engineer for the sanitary sewer and water main replacement.  J & J Excavating is the contractor and Vierbicher Associates the engineer for the street and storm sewer construction.

Updates will be posted as they are available.
