City Clerk/Treasurer

The City of Richland Center, Richland County, WI is accepting applications for a City Clerk/Treasurer to manage the Clerk/Treasurer’s Office, Human Resources functions, maintaining official records, manage Elections, City insurance policies, budgeting, grant applications and administration, tax collection, state reporting, TIF districts, accounting, project management, and responsibilities as set forth by State Statutes and City ordinances.  This is a vital management position requiring experience in all the above areas as well as the ability to work independently, plan and organize activities.

Successful applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in public administration, accounting, business administration or related field and a minimum of three years of municipal government experience.  Supervision experience is preferred.
