HVAC Maintenance Contract Request for Bids

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City is requesting bids for an annual maintenance agreement on all furnace and air conditioning units within city owned buildings. The contract will be one-year, renewable for an additional 2 years upon satisfactory performance. The contract will begin October 1, 2019. A list of the units is available at the City Clerk’s office or online at www.richlandcenter.com under news. Questions may be directed to Dave Fry at 608-604-0398.

Bids should be returned to the City Clerk’s Office at 450 S. Main Street or emailed to Melinda.jones@richlandcenter.com no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 4, 2019.

About 1600 Retaining Wall Blocks (18”L x12”W x 8”H) with Caps are available to be purchased. They may be seen at 300 W Union Street.

Memorial Day Flags

Volunteers are needed to put up Veteran’s flags at the Richland Center Cemetery and St. Mary’s Cemetery.

2018 Truck Bids Requested

The Richland Center Parks & Grounds Department is accepting bids for a 2018 2500 4×4 regular cab truck with snow plow and an 8 foot box.  Bid specifications are attached below but can also be picked up at the Municipal building located at 450 S. Main Street in Richland Center.

Bids are due by 11:00 a.m. on January 10, 2019 and may be dropped of at the municipal building or emailed to Melinda.jones@richlandcenter.com
